I think this is my favorite CD out of the ones I've listened to.

The Crow Soundtrack - "It Can't Rain All the Time"

Very beautiful song, one of my favorites on the soundtrack next to "Burn" by The Cure.

P. Diddy & Sting (I guess Faith and 112 singing was just played through the speakers..recordings) - Every Breath You Take/I'll Be Missing You (MTV VMAs 1998)

For some reason lately..or rather tonight, I'm depressed. Not just about my life somewhat but the world itself. This song is about someone you lost and all but it's making me want to be in a relationship again..

This world is seriously hopeless. I was just listenin to Three 6 Mafia's Put Ya Signs..good song but what gang violence does to people is horrible. "Put ya sign in his face, gang sign in his face/Make them niggas fight [what?] make them hoes fight"..seriously. That's ironic cause gangsta rap is actually my favorite..aside from the more concious shit. I guess that's why I view Cormega as a true urban legend. Rappin about shootin peoples gets old...but Mega, he raps about life's issues. Serious issues that the world needs to be more aware of. Mega is a smart man and he's a good dude..all the gang violence, depression in life, being lonely and all just adds up to some serious thought and pain. Plus I ain't thinkin straight so..

Yellowcard's new CD, Ocean Avenue. Specifically, the title track because it's basically become my theme song to my life as of late. I can just really relate to the first verse, as well as the chorus. Here's a sample of both if you've never heard it before:

Verse 1:
There's a place off Ocean Avenue
Where I used to sit and talk with you
We were both 16 and it felt so right
Sleeping all day, staying up all night
Staying up all night

Chorus:
If I could find you now things would get better
We could leave this town and run forever
Let your waves crash down on me and take me away

The Cranberries - The Icicle Melts.

I believe this song is about some child getting abducted and dying or something, well the lyrics are very sad.

Right now I'm listening to The Rolling Stones "Paint it Black" because I'm actually in a really bad mood and this song is just perfect to listen to currently. Plus its my favorite RS song. The sitar in the song rocks my ass straight off *is a dork*

I'm listening to Lisa Gerrard's new CD Immortal Memory because her voice is just so hauntingly beautiful. And there's always reason to listen to her especially if it gives you chills up your back.
