I've been listening to Dave Matthews a lot since last night...moved some stuff from my computer to my laptop and hooked up my laptop to my computer speakers...surround sound
For some reason if I use other programs besides Microsoft Word and MSN on this computer, the computer gets really slow. That includes running Windows Media Player. ?? I don't know a lot about computers as much as other peoples do, but...shouldn't 256 megabytes of ram be enough to run these programs...I read somewhere that Windows ME takes up all the ram somehow...so that's why...?? I don't know. I'll just stick to using Windows XP on my laptop...512 megabytes of ram so it don't crash ever pretty much. It's not like this computer is slow or anything (least it ain't to me)..it's 930 something megahertz and it's a pentium III...oh well. Only useful thing about this computer is the speakers and monitors mostly...19" flat screen helps when watchin DVDs...my mom's really computer illiterate so she just wanted to get the best stuff at the time even tho it cost a lot :? Anyway I'm listening to Too Much, Ants Marching In, and Crash (hip-hop remix by Fatboy Slim)..the hip-hop remix just has scratching in it, no rappers or nothin. Goiod songs. |
