Ah yes. . .Soul Embraced does an EXCELLENT job with that song. It might be noted that the rest of their songs kick serious ass as well!!!!!

O by Damien Rice. I bought it last night, and aaaahh it's so good. The strings are so gorgeous, and "Eskimo" has this amazing part sung in Finnish by opera singer Doreen Curran. I can't even choose a song I like the most. "Delicate" is great, I must say.

Listening to Lamb of God's "Ruin". I saw the video and it was pretty decent considering the normal metal videos are completely performance.

I'm wondering who sings the backup part on that song by Damien Rice "Volcano". She sounds a little like Natalie Merchant.

I believe her name is Lisa Hannigan. She's pretty much part of the band, and sings quite a bit on the album, as well as live. Something about her voice reminds me of a less smoky sounding Fiona Apple.
