I am currently reading my history textbook and the supplemental readings that go with the course to brush up on it all so that I can be ready for the final. So That would be Western Civilization: A Brief History, The Romans and Their Gods in the Age of Augustus, A Medieval Life, The Reformation of the Sixteenth Century, and Guns Sails and Empires. I am also researching for my final speech so I am reading a whole lot of fun books La Storia, Hollywood Italians: Dagos, Palookas, Romeos, Wise Guys, and Sopranos, "Were You Always Italian?" and a few other sundries, oh and my favorite book ever....for my World Regional Geography class...oi!

Over Thanksgiving break I read "The Lovely Bones"...wow that was an awesome book, kind of morbid to begin with but really good. Now, when I'm not studying for finals, I'm reading "Lucky" by the same author...it's a tough read

The Human Stain by Philip Roth. I'm reading it for my english class but because of the content we only read part 1 (which was 75 pages). We're also watching the movie...its like porn.

I think I've read something by her before...it was set many years ago, in the 11th century...it may have been by her, I'm not sure...
I'm reading Kathy Reichs Bare Bones. I couldn't finish Cross Bones, got too boring.

Ripley's Believe It Or Not-it's full of facts that have been shown on the TV show. (Kathy's having a break, lol)

I'm reading Brethren by Robyn Young, a pretty awesome book actually, about the Christian Crusades and the Islamic Mamluks. Never really thought I'd care much about the Templar Nights and The Holy Grail, but it's got me hooked at the mo.
