You should all read the trilogy, especially if you are into fantasy. They are really really awesome books!
Yes yes yes!!! They are so awesome, multi-layered, deep and light at the same time.

They've made the first book look like crap with the trailer for the film, I'm so disappointed, now everyone who hasn't read the books will think they suck, if they base it on the film

ANYWAY!!

At the moment I am reading:

- Kitty and her Sisters by Maureen Lee

- Linda McCartney by Danny Fields

- The American West by Dee Brown

- Salem Posessed by Paul Boyer and Stephen Nissenbaum

- and The Death of Achilles by Boris Akunin

I've been making my way through all of Jodi Picoult's books, but right now I am reading 'Conviction' by Richard North Patterson, about two brothers sent to death after the death of a young girl. Days before the execution, a lawyer starts thinking they are innocent, and sets out to save them.

The porno mag in your bedside table does not count.... pervert. As it is, I am reading "The Problem of Pain" by C. S. Lewis. He wrote great fiction, but his Christian apologetics are considered to be the best of the twentieth century. This book deals with the theological implications and explanation behind the existence of pain in the presence of an omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, and loving God. It's good stuff, man.
wellp, I'm reading Stephen King's 'Cell' at the moment, if you like films like, 28 Days Later, and The Pulse, you'll love this book.
A book I'd love to see made into a film is a book called Poison by Chris Wooding, its about this girl who goes on an amazing journey to save the world, or something like that... and there are many twists and stuff. I love his other books, especially Catchman.
I also love reading Shaun Hutson - (i think that's how you spell his last name) does anyone alse like his books?

All the Phillipa Gregory books, mostly "The Other Boleyn Girl". I can't wait to see the movie, either! I have read that book about 10 times.
