Anything that's dark or supernatural-like, especially vampires. I have a strange fascination with vampires, but I have no idea why. Stephen King's 'Salem's Lot' was just awesome.

Right now, I'm into Stephen King. I also like Dean Koontz (right now, I'm reading 'The Face'). Since I'm too lazy to look through all these pages of replies, if anyone has any recommendations (especially vampire stories!), please post them!

I need to get to the library so bad. I need to get The Vampire Lestat, and I want to read White Oleander again... I love it.

Anybody have any good suggestions for a good book? o.o

Few weeks ago I finished reading John Fowles' The Collector. It's brilliant! Fascinated me completely. Many aspects of real human nature are described there very well.

The Collector is the story of the abduction and imprisonment of Miranda Grey by Frederick Clegg, told first from his point of view, and then from hers by means of diary she has kept.

It's a frightening tale of obsessive admiration.

Carm is on a distinguished road
Currently reading Little Women (Louisa Alcott), my second time as I really forgot the first time and decided to read it again to refresh my memory.

Also reading To Kill A Mockingbird (Harper Lee), Slatewiper (Lewis Perdue) and soooon, The Historian (Elizabeth Kostova) because my gf is getting that for me.

Midnight Falcon by David Gemmell

People who like Fantasy books should really try Gemmell's Rigante series, it rocks
