Yeah, our home network is the same way... it stretches to a certain extent out in the yard, but we also have ours extended. When I was at school, you could be anywhere on campus and connect to their network, but I never did it because you had to take your laptop to IT and they had to enable your laptop to connect to their network.

That's why it's such a mystery as to how you could get on the internet from a random concert from your car. Unless it happened to be somewhere like a campus and Sweet Tigger had access to the network, but it's like... How?

I'm thinking that clearly Trina has absolutely no idea how to connect a laptop to internet when there's no wireless network around.

I have accidentally connected through other peoples cellphones. but i quickly disconnect out of respect for the cell phone owner. Cause kb's on a phone cost a hella lota money and minutes for the cell user.

More like she went to the concert and as soon as she got home started on the webz with the spazzing. Either that or the concert venue was her OWN HOME! How cool is THAT?!

If you have a wireless connection, and a labtop is fully charged.....
It will work inside a car.
My service provider is one of the largest ones in the province.
My mom uses her's in her car, and my brother's labtop works up
thousands and thousands of feet up in the air.
So there is no reason why it wouldn't work inside a car.
My mom always uses her internet in the car, because of the kind
of work she does.
Theres no reason why it won't work inside a car, and my friend was
even using her's as well.
As well, I wasn't that far from home, maybe five minutes away.
And yes Jul, I don't have a clue how to do alot of things, but thats why
I always ask for help.

yeah. it's scary. that's why I watch my wireless settings on my phone and have it closed to outside links. or something to that sort. not sure what it's called. but on vacation 2 years ago, i connected to my aunts and someone elses phone by accident. i used it long enough to shoot off an e-mail to my x father in law to let him know we were in town. This year, i'll surf off of my own phone. since I have it set up to unlimited minutes/kb's.

So does that mean ISPs offer an AREA internet connection that you can connect to? i.e. Where you can just be located any where within a county, but still connect to the internet?

Share your service provider details with us, because I want in on this. That sounds awful useful.

Why don't you look up the concert to....Kanye West show, and you will
find what his listings were, and what city's he went, and is going to.
Its clearly right on the net, and the dates.
