well i cant be immunised from it because we dont know what it is at the moment.
and well you cant be immunised against dementia which caring for vomitting dementia patients is just soooooo much harder

True, but you can be given a flu shot, and wear masks over your faces to protect you from airborne germs.

i had the flu shot it gave the flu something shocking not only that but the actaully site swelled up and got sore

^You were probably allergic to it. I was allergic to mine - I got sick, then I got a really bad cold!!!

yes it was kind of interesting though as the swelling and heat in the area was uncomfortable and sore it was interesting because it was my body fighting the infection in the area

yes that was a long time though but it didnt help me i still got the flu on nusring prac.
i think im in the wrong profession to have such a low immunity

Do you enjoy your job? I wouldn't be able to cope, personally. Working with dementia patients would drive me nuts.
