Hahaha. My dad really likes Ev. He was especially blown away when he came to pick me up from the Philly concert early last year.

My mom pretends she doesn't, but we've all caught her singing along to Fallen when she's doing the dishes or just catching it on the radio to listen to her

I would also like to say that my grandmother and uncle both love Ev too

As well as my li'l bro.

I know my dad really likes My Immortal, but I'm not sure about everything else. My mom has sworn Ev off since watching the Going Under video.. she said something about scary vampire ladies... lmao! So I suppose, it's only me in this household that likes Ev.

My dad doesn't like (well, was it suprise?), but my mom think Ev is okay. But she doesn't like the videos cause they're so dark. Mom likes My Immortal.

When my Mom first found out I was a fan, she wasn't too happy (she freaked out when she read the lyrics to Tourniquet), but once we talked about it, she was fine with it. She's not a fan or anything, though. The only song she's heard is My Immortal, and all she said was that Amy's voice is beautiful.

My Dad is pretty indifferent to them... he doesn't really know enough about them to form an opinion. When he saw the cover of Fallen, though, he did say, "So how long had she been dead for when that picture was taken?"

My oldest sister says she doesn't like them... I think she's just in denial, though. My other sister likes them a lot. She doesn't know a ton of their stuff, but she really likes what she's heard. And my little brother has a crush on Amy, and he loves headbanging to Bring Me To Life.

Oh, and my Grandma said she thought My Immortal was a pretty song, and my other Grandma said she thought Amy's voice was beautiful. Three of my cousins kinda like them, too... they only know the singles, though. And my aunt hates them with a passion. She thinks they're dark and creepy and gothic... she freaked out when she heard her kids (the three cousins I just mentioned) listening to My Immortal.

Other than that, none of my family members have opinions on them...

My parents are 70+ and they Love MI, Hello and EF. Some of the others are a little dark for them but they see and hear the talent.

My whole family say they hate them (yeh they say its 'a bad influence' and practically threw fallen out the window when they heard ' i tried to kill the pain, but only brought more') so why does my mum sing my immortal all the time??? They think her voice is to 'whiny'. my parents suck *smacks round head with a cold fish* my mum thinks im obsessed because I come out with random stuff about amy all the time and reckons I love her...

my father used to like evanescence... but well... since he suffered a depression... he loved "bring me to life". "the lyric", he said once, "is just beautiful"...

my mother is a classical-music-freak. and she thinks that evanescence would be scary
