What's wrong with this question? - EvBoard

So, I've posed this to many people and no one seems see the answer. So, I thought I'd come here and see if anyone can find it.

There are actually two errors now that I read it carefully, though one of them could be thrown in just to throw people off.

Just so you know, both errors are in the answers. The first person (whom I have not revealed the errors to) who can guess both of them will get 200 cool points/rep. Please put your answers in "Spoilers"/Black text.

(I just find it amusing that I found an error in a trivia question on the International High IQ Society's website

I think I got it: "Columbia" is supposed to be "Colombia", and Mexico is not a nation of South America.

Mexico is in North America. haha I used to get that wrong in Geography a lot. It just seems like it should be in South America......

i was also thinking in the question, a czar is a ruler of russia,and theres also Colombia, and Mexico.
