Ok people, i know there are a lot of sim fans around the board... and now the sims 2 are comming... this week, omg i almost can't sleep of waiting.
4 days to come ![]() So what are your expectatives for the new game? it seems to me that the house building mechanism is a lot better, and of course, the interactions too! We can use this thread to share sim characters, stories, screenshots and VIDEOS (we can make videos now! weeeeeee) I just can't wait... Kiss kiss |

In the new game:
-Your sims grow from baby to child/teenager/adult/elderly death by old age - Your sim babies will inherit the parent's looks/attitudes coz they have DNA - you can have up to 3 floors now when making a home - You can customize everyting about your sim - eye colour/accsessories etc. - New face features to make it more realistic - And I think they speak english in this one lol. |

I remeber i read somewhere in the internet that we have to take them to work place, and we have to make them work (like superstar, but with the normal jobs...) I guess it was interesting, but probably not true. I'm so happy now that the sims get pregnant! I hated when i was playing the sims, and from outer space, a baby was born! An annoying, stupid, screaming litlle crib... It's cool that now if you start with only one sim, you HAVE to find a family, or else you'll die and your days are over, and you'll just have to start over again.... I'm really looking forward to getting The Sims 2. I'm not back to Uni yet so i'll be able to get it early on Friday and spend a while playing it
All the new features look and sound great, as well as the actual graphics of the game. Kids growing up is great because it was annoying before when they wouldn't grow up. You're going to be able to see each sim's family tree, so the sims will know who is their brother and who is their mother etc. The genes thing is a great addition too. One thing you have to check is that your PC will be able to take the game. There'd be nothing worse than buying the game to find that you can't play it! Check before you buy here: http://thesims2.ea.com/about_system_specs.php I don't think the Sims do speak english in this game. I've watched some movies of the game and they all seem to speak "sim talk" still, but the crying is more realistic, lol. |
