Where's all the metal?

ok i've been fairly pissed latly. metal just speaks my mood and it's no where. mtv vh1 and none of the radio stations are playing any and it's pissing me off even more. i wanted to ask if fuse or mtv2 have been playing any.

As for mtv2, try the headbangers ball. Other than that, you're probably out of luck. Metal's really not mainstream and mtv is all about some mainstream pop profits.

Headbanger's Ball... but that's pretty much it.

Rarely will you ever see any on TV or hear it on radio.

On FUSE they have Uranium. It's on at like 10 or 11 I think.

Fuse also has Uranium which is all metal...and on the weekends it's on all night long.

Scuzz plays bands like Metallica and Iron Maiden but other than that its rare seeing metal on tv sadly

if you live in pittsburgh or near it like me... listin to 105.9 fm.... 105.9 the x plays all kinda of metal, alternitive rock, rock, and all that shit.... that is good listing..

99.3 the FOX <------ best radio station ever!

They play hard rock and some metal. No death metal though, but some pretty heavy stuff. They also play some stuff from the early 90s and 80s, like Guns and Roses, KISS, etc. It's awesome!

I was just about to mention the same thing - Fuse is the only one playing real music these days.

Is MTV X still around? I don't have satellite, but about a year ago, they had a sampler of it for a week here on basic cable, and almost all they played was metal.
