Pete Loeffler - Chevelle
Jared Leto - 30STM
MJK, of course...
Matt Heafy - Trivium. Awesome singing voice, although on Ascendancy he used more screaming/growling. Can't wait to see what The Crusade will be like. *giddy fangirl enthusiasm*
Robert Flynn - Machine Head. Awesome voice for the angry/growling style he uses.
Aaaand, Chimaira's Mark Hunter. But that's just me.

If I had to do a top 10 of all-time for me, it'd probably go something like this:
1. Lajon Witherspoon (Sevendust)
2. Chris Cornell (Soundgarden/Temple of the Dog/Audioslave)
3. Layne Staley (Alice in Chains/Mad Season)
4. Brett Hestla (Virgos Merlot/Dark New Day)
5. Shaun Morgan (Seether)
6. Richard Patrick (Filter) (extremely underrated)
7. Maynard James Keenan (Tool/APC/various other projects)
8. David Hodges (Evanescence/Trading Yesterday)
9. Howard Jones (Killswitch Engage)
10. Sahaj (Ra)

This list is bound to change from time to time though.

I agree with some of the ones that have already been posted: Chris Cornell, David Hodges, Shaun Morgan, Matt Heafy.

I'm a bit surprised no one has said Thom Yorke from Radiohead, unless I missed it. His voice really grows on you.

Seether suck, Shaun Morgan's voice sounds much too like Kurt Cobain and to me there is only going to be one Nirvana. Sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings, didn't mean to. I know a lot of people like Shaun Morgan's voice, but I'm just not one of those people haha.

Oooh noooeess!! Blasphemy!! You can't hate shaun's voice!! Oh noooess *smites*

(just kidding everyone...yes. I know the world isn't in love with seether. )

I'll also have to chime in and follow the crowd on some of these:

Shaun Morgan (Seether)
Brent Smith (Shinedown)
David Hodges (Trading Yesterday)
Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam)
Gavin Rossdale (Bush/Instititute)

I tend to like guys who have the "grungy" yet soothing tone to their voices
