I had a thought the other night: Why did WT go with the style they did with the Silent Force?
I mean, its COMPLETELY different to their older style. Their older style was sorta more like After Forever. Then they changed and went more symphonic, with no grunting at all on TSF.
I love TSF, but personally i'm hoping that they will sort of combine their old style with the new style, because I love their older style so much.

I also wish that they would still have some elements of their old style. TSF is a great album, but Mother Earth is my favorite of theirs, and there are so many other songs from Enter and The Dance that I love. I like symphonic stuff, but I also really like the heavier stuff. Hopefully, as they start writing new songs, they can sort of blend the 2 styles.

I love the Mother Earth style. The orchestral instruments and the lyrics areso fine. The songs are somehow mystic, they're about nature and fantasy, not ordinary things. When you listen to it, it's like a journey to another world.

The Silent Force is good too but the song lyrics are more realistic. They're about pain, sorrow, love and other emotions everybody feels. Maybe they just wanted to write something else than fantasy for a change. It's also possible that some of the Silent Force songs are about the song writers' own lives.

So am I... I had made more posts since January than I had done for the previous 1 1/2 years!!!!!

Mother Earth is like a trip into Imaginary... a second look into the world we live in. It's really great! Very Wiccan.

TSF... I think it's more commercial. It does have some tracks which content is close to ME, BUT, most of the songs are about... what every other songs are about. I guess that makes ME special and different cause it can bring out emotions without actually speaking of emotions - not directly.

I love them both though.

and screw me I missed som WT from last weekend. blah. after Rockpalast they decided to play this other programme and they played like the beginning of the concert (well See who I am really) and then an interview with sharon and robert then the angels video.

i think i was getting there!! i cant post straight away now 'cuz i haven't posted enough...i had over 500 posts 2 days ago very upsetting!! all the work gone...but we're all in the same situation!! awww, all my reps gone too!

I was quite proud of my 300 posts in 7-ish months. I guess it's not that much of a loss. If I were in the 1000s and dropped down to 100, I'd be pretty mad.

Poppy - They'll probably show it again! They have to. Or else I'll write them and tell them to (even though poor Nellie can't see it).
