on a related note, Night Of The Living Dead is really stupid, my cousin watched it last night and kept hiding behind her pillow. In the beggining when the guy is trying to scare the lady tell her one of the zombies is over ther and it kills the guy and she so fakely screatches and tries to run and then drives her car into a tree, man thats really really funny stuff. (It was in B&W too! but that didnt make it scary) |

It actually has quite a bit to do with this thread? We're talking about the worst horror movies ever, so would it be exactly necessary to start another thread about the worst non-horror movies ever?

Hehe omg..Ginger Snaps I can't believe no one has mentioned that one...pretty stinky.
Umm..Blair Witch Project? THAT was dumb. O man what else...any Scream film. They were all basically weak. Everyone has mentioned the other lame films of this genre. I'm hoping Devil's Rejects will fit the bill as being down right bent and afearing. Which leads me to an interesting thought: is it actually possible to scare anyone under 25 these days? I mean nothing seems to do the job. The zombie movies make you laugh, wanton murder is yawnable, slime and gore are blase, strange mutated japanese oni spirits aren't frieghtening and girls popping out of tvs to turn you into a week-old corpse that's been steeping in a cold well are stupid. Btw I recommend Versus. It's a great, stupid horror film made in Japan. No it's not anime...it's live action though the dialogue must have been stolen from an anime studio.
