Have you ever been in a relationship with someone and been broken up with? I'd assume you haven't, since you posted in this thread with absolutely no tact or respect for people who have dealt with breakups.

Come back when you have had a girlfriend and been dumped, and you've dealt with it properly, and we'll see how you think about it then. K? K.

Oh also, I agree with Dawn, btw.
Here comes the teacher.

WOW! My little story about my psycho ex sure stirred up a bunch of drama, didn't it?

Broken_rebel, dawn, cowbell, and _silentlybroken, are right. There's really nothing funny about breakups.

MOLPtStW, do yourself (and the rest of us) a favor, and think before you post next time.

Conversely, I posted the story because, after all this time, I DO think it's kinda funny - even though, at the time, it was pretty devastating. I think that sometimes we just have to learn to laugh at bad stuff that's happened to us. Even if it's just to keep ourselves sane.

Being able to laugh about your psycho ex, gives you a little bit of power over them. Like you've been able to rise above them, and you didn't let the bad experience destroy you.

Anyway, it all turned out OK in the end. (I think maybe that's why I can laugh about it now) I started dating my wife not long after breaking up with the psycho ex.

Thank you, Tracie!

Robin_hood, that's awesome, lol. Goes to show that everything happens for a reason. (The breakup then meeting the wife thing).

PendulousRose will become famous soon enough
My first boyfriend broke up with me actually monday. It sucks, but anyway. He did it over AIM... which was/is a stupid way to break up with someone. I think you should always say something like that in person. He said he needed to find "the one" not "a one" which also makes no sense cause isn't that what you're doing by dating someone? *shrug* It was a pretty bad experience for me, even though there are a lot worse experiences for others >.< For example, cheating and not telling your boyfriend/girlfriend.
