While I am losing this fight

The thorns once hidden from sight

It reminds me of the song Passion, by Stream of Passion

Amazing song, and amazing poem Shannon. A lot of passion in that one.

I absolutely love this. Especially the last verse. It matches my every mood in every thing. I can't say exactly what I mean, it's complicated. But in its complexity, it is amazing. And you've written it beautifully.
