so i had a thread in the mixed unfiled media but it was mainly old writtings and deleted pictures. so i thought i should start one just dedicated to my writtings.

How does it feel

stripped of clothes
my naked heart

holding the soul of me
can you see the flaws
the faults the fears

broken and battled
baring all for you
i let you touch the soul of me

all my covers pulled away
all my secrets out on show

care to explain
how you found a weakness

The first one is almost like a song!
I like the last one, and the second is good because of the way it's written.

i often write to having music playing softly in the background it gives me a rythmn.
so that could explain the lyrical feel to it. i like the lryical feel some of them have it gives them their life and feel.

to confront the face
looking back from within the frame

tear stained face betrays the scar
the cut so deep
it bleeds inside
raw emotions pouring out
words uncontrolled can't speak enough
feelings written black and white
black and blue the bruise shows through
an artfully placed smile

here is another old one of mine that i really do like, i dont know why i wrote this one when i was feeling quite betrayed and let down. however there is something in it that i find releasing

winter

did you care for me as i cared for you
did you long for me as i longed for you
i sat i waited you said you would call

you left me hanging
a noose you tied yourself
the lonesome tree
an open field

there i wait beneath the tree
the last of the summer leaves
whisper as they fall
their final act

i fell apart
