'You' is not an Evanescence song. It is a very personal song by Amy Lee, dedicated to her family and friends, that she
never wanted to be shared. At her request
we do not discuss it. Asking about it is a quick way to become a
persona non grata.
Ben Moody described the situation with the song on the Original Exodus Evanescence Board called the "We're not Goth" board when it was still running.
