I think the ending sounds a little like Everybody's Fool, but the bridge/final chorus definitely reminds me of Whisper. Lacrymosa to me is the 'Whisper of Fallen' though.

This is definatly one of, if not the best song on The Open Door for me, I love it. The way Amy sings the chorus is my favourite part. I also like how it builds up from a slow start to a massive ending. Truely amazing.

Katya, I'm with what you said regarding Amy playing the piano portions live...
but I hope she plays the ORGAN parts too! She can get up from the piano, then run to the organ, jump and dance around a bit, then run back to the piano and repeat the process for the duration of the song or until she gets tired. That would be grand... an idea it is. ![]() |

Does anybody knows what the choir says?
I can barely understand, but i bet it's latin, it sounds cool.

The beginning caught my attention immediatly. And then... omg the chorus drew me in further! The piano parts were excellent. Amy might want to take Katya's 2 cents and spend it.
(it'd be way osm if she played the piano live for this song! )This is definitely my 3rd favorite song on the album without a doubt. ![]()

This is my favourite song off the album this week! It tends to change a lot. Last week it was The Only One. But yeah, everytime i listen to it i find something else i like. I think thats true with a lot of the songs on this album. I'm definitely gonna be hooked just as long as i was with Fallen.
ps. I love when the drums and stuff start coming in after the first verse. it sounds fricken awesome ![]()

Amazing song. The beginning kind of threw me off at first but grew on me.
I love how she sings, "Nothin' worth fightin' for." It's just awesome. This whole song is awesome.

I really love how they start this song. it reminds me of a movie type theme where someone's walking through a mystical forrest or a winter snow filled day.
I love how it kicks in. It's enchanting and dark :]
