At this point the best thing about this song for me is the kickass guitars! I can just see Terry and John rocking out. Most of the other songs focus on the piano, the strings and her voice, but on this one there's a sexy thump and groove to it, it even makes me sway back and forth. I love it. There's everything in it. The piano, the bouncy guitars, the heavy drums and bass, the groovy rhythm, her clear and distinguished voice. I'm sure the lyrics will grow on me soon, but musically this is my favorite song on the album

I love this song!! Actually when I first heard it I didn't know Lisbon was a city- I thought it was a constellation... stars, you know, it would make sense...

I love how she almost whispers "Though I patiently waited bedside for the death of today." It's so... intense in headphones. It sounds like Amy is right there whispering to you, which reminds me of Before the Dawn. It's a great mix. I'd LOVE to talk to the person who mixed the album because I'm trying to learn how to mix... but that's probably not going to happen.

I love how this song has kind of an old-school jazz/R&B vibe to it. That was an element of the album that I was not expecting but I really love it. It was like... eggmercop+blues=dream come true.

Why does Ev remind me so much of Disney? Obviously there's Snow White, but then the Bring Me to Life video made me think of The Lion King, and now this song makes me think of Pinnochio in the "I can't see your star" part and every time she says "swim lonely"... well, I can't help but think of Finding Nemo.

Yeah, I was just thinking about that too and I have to agree. Amy sings that lyric in such a low tone that it is almost like she is standing next to you whispering that line in your ear at that very second. It's actually a little creepy to me.

Just FYI, Lisbon is actually the capital city of Portugal. But, I can understand where you would make the assumption that Lisbon is a constellation in space because that would go with the whole theme of the song perfectly.

This song is slowly becoming one of my top 3 songs from TOD. Gosh, I really hope that they'll do more stuff like Your Star, Lose Control, Cloud Nine and Snow White Queen in the future.

This is by far my favorite song on TOD. I think the beginning is a bit blah but after the first minute, the song is just incredible. I love the piano/piano+guitar/piano+guitar+choir combination.

I just wish they'd perform it live.
